Users can log workouts across multiple sports, view their activity history through a GitHub-style contribution heatmap, and track streak statistics to stay motivated. The service is designed to help users build consistent fitness habits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.

4. User Content

By providing activity data and personal information to our service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the streak tracking service. You retain ownership of your data and may request deletion at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with others

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.
• Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
• Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded in full upon verification.

Refunds are not available for: partial billing periods after the 14-day guarantee period or accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
